Here’s what makes us different:
- No-Tips, Just Tails: We believe kindness shouldn’t cost extra. Our prices are fair, our team is paid well, and we never ask for tips. Instead, we invite you to donate to our Just Tails Foundation for Cat Care, supporting local partner rescues and the cats in our community.
- Cozy Atmosphere: Located on Winchester’s historic Loudoun Street Mall, our café offers a warm, welcoming space to work, meet friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with great coffee.
- Cat Care: Our lounge gives rescue cats a comfortable space to be themselves while finding their forever homes. We put feline wellbeing at the center of everything we do.

Ready to meet the residents? Book a session in our cat lounge. Reservations are required and can be made online through our website. Sessions run hourly with limited availability, so book ahead.

Enter our glass-enclosed lounge and meet cats from Shady’s Paw Animal Rescue. Each cat has their own personality, story, and way of choosing their humans. Spend time getting to know them.

Just Tails Foundation for Cat Care
Just Tails Foundation for Cat Care is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting the rescue partners of Biscuits & Beans Cat Café across the northern Shenandoah Valley. They help ensure every cat in need receives compassionate care, a safe place to heal, and the chance to find the loving home they deserve.
Instead of tipping at the cafe, we invite you to donate to the Just Tails Foundation. They are a 100% volunteer-run foundation with no overhead, every dollar of your donation goes directly to help cats in our community.
